The \u201cFusion World Collab! Give Away Campaign\u201d (the \u201cCampaign\u201d) is conducted by Bandai Namco Entertainment (the \u201cSponsor\u201d). By participating in this Campaign, you agree to these rules (the \u201cOfficial Rules\u201d) and to the Bandai Namco Entertainment’s Terms of Service available here: the \u201cTerms of Service\u201d<\/a>. In the case of discrepancy between these Official Rules and the Terms of the Service, the terms of the Terms of Service shall apply. This Campaign is also subject to X Corp’s rules available here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

1. ELIGIBILITY<\/b>
\nThe Campaign is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age as of the start date of the Campaign. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, vendors, and their respective immediate families are not eligible to enter this Campaign. If the winner is found to be ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to another participant and to require the return on any prize already rewarded. THIS CAMPAIGN IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES ONLY (EXCLUDING IN RHODE ISLAND). THIS CAMPAIGN IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. <\/p>\n

2. CAMPAIGN PERIOD<\/b>
\nThe Campaign begins at 03:00 a.m. (UTC), June 15, 2025, and ends at 03:00 a.m. (UTC), June 22, 2025 (the \u201cCampaign Period\u201d).<\/p>\n

3. HOW TO ENTER<\/b>
\nTo enter the Campaign, you must complete the following steps:
\n1.\tFollow \u201cDragon Ball Legends\u201d Official X (formerly, \u201cTwitter\u201d) account ( @DB_Legends<\/a>); and
\n2.\tFollow \u201cDragon Ball Fusion World\u201d Official X (formerly, \u201cTwitter\u201d) account ( @dbfw_cardgameEN<\/a>); and
\n3.\tRepost the designated post.
\nYou must complete all steps to be entered.<\/p>\n

Limit of one (1) entry per person. <\/p>\n

Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Any attempt to enter multiple times, including but not limited to using multiple accounts, will result in disqualification. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries or entries deleted before the end of the Campaign Period will be disqualified. All information provided by entrants becomes the property of Sponsor. <\/p>\n

4. ODDS OF WINNING<\/b>
\nOdds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.<\/p>\n

5. Prizes<\/b>
\n7 winners will receive:
\n(2) two starter decks of Shallot and Giblet <\/p>\n

Approximate Retail Value (Total of $47.98 ($23.99 per deck)).<\/p>\n

Limit one (1) prize per person. The winners will be responsible for any and all federal, state, and\/or local taxes resulting from acceptance of such prize. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. No prize substitution is allowed except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. All prizes will be awarded. <\/p>\n

6. Winner Selection and Notification<\/b>
\n7 potential winners will be randomly drawn by Sponsor from all eligible entries on or around the beginning of July. Sponsor will contact the potential winners via DM function of X (formerly Twitter). If no response is received within forty-eight (48) hours of attempted notification, the prize will be forfeited. Winners will be required to complete, sign, and return a liability release within seven (7) days from notification in order to be eligible to receive the prize. Winners must provide their delivery address. In case of failure of any winner to provide required information within the specified time period, of noncompliance with the foregoing requirements, or if a winner cannot accept a prize as specified by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited. In the event of a prize winner forfeiture or disqualification, Sponsor will randomly select an alternate winner.<\/p>\n

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION<\/b>
\nThe Campaign is subject to these Official Rules. By participating and\/or accepting a prize, you agree: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules; (ii) to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Campaign or these Official Rules; (iii) that Sponsor may prohibit a participant from participating in the Campaign if it, in its sole discretion, determines such participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign in any way; (iv) the prizes are provided \u201cAS IS\u201d and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied; (v) to release X (formerly \u201cTwitter\u201d), Sponsor, and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities together with their respective directors, employees, officers, licensors, and agents (collectively, the \u201cReleased Parties\u201d) from any and all claims, liability, loss or damage including but not limited to injury in connection with awarding, receipt and\/or use or misuse of prize or participation in the Campaign; (vi) that Released Parties are not responsible for any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Campaign; and (vii) that the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of laws provisions, will govern all disputes and claims arising out of this Campaign, and shall be brought exclusively in the federal courts located therein.<\/p>\n

8. PRIVACY POLICY<\/b>
\nAny information provided by you will only be used for administration of the Campaign and in accordance with Sponsor\u2019s privacy policy located at http:\/\/legal.bandainamcoent.co.jp\/privacy.<\/p>\n

9. PRIZE WINNER LIST\/RULE REQUESTS<\/b>
\nTo obtain a copy of these Official Rules or a winners\u2019 list within ninety (90) days of the close of the Campaign Period, send your request (please specify \u201cWinners\u2019 List\u201d or \u201cRules\u201d and Campaign name) with a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor.<\/p>\n

10. DISQUALIFICATION<\/b>
\nIf you violate these Official Rules, the Terms of Service, or the X Corp’s rules, the Operator may, in its sole discretion, cancel your entry, claim back awarded prizes, or take any other action it deems necessary.<\/p>\n

11. NO ENDORSEMENT<\/b>
\nThe Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X Corp.<\/p>\n
