1. ELIGIBILITY. <\/b>
\nThe \u201cDRAGON BALL LEGENDS New Character Prediction Campaign\u201d (\u201cPromotion\u201d) is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state (whichever is older), as of the start date of the Promotion. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, vendors, and their respective immediate families are not eligible to enter this Promotion. If the winner is found to be ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to another participant and to require the return on any prize already rewarded. THIS CAMPAIGN IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA ONLY. THIS CAMPAIGN IS VOID IN RHODE ISLAND, QUEBEC, AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. <\/p>\n

2. PROMOTION PERIOD. <\/b>
\nThe Promotion begins at 06:00 (UTC), July 7, 2025, and ends at 14:00 (UTC), July 8, 2025 (the \u201cPromotion Period\u201d).<\/p>\n

3. HOW TO ENTER. <\/b>
\nTo enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps:<\/p>\n

1)\tFollow the Official Dragon Ball Legends X (formerly \u201cTwitter\u201d) account (@DB_Legends<\/a>); and
\n2)\tMake a post from your X (formerly \u201cTwitter\u201d) account with the hashtag (#LegendsUltra7thAnniv).<\/p>\n

You must complete all steps to be entered.<\/p>\n

Limit of one (1) entry per person. <\/p>\n

Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Any attempt to enter two (2) or more times, including but not limited to using multiple accounts, will result in any such additional entry to be treated as a void entry. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified. All information provided by entrants becomes the property of Sponsor. <\/p>\n

4. ODDS OF WINNING.<\/b>
\nOdds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.<\/p>\n

5. PRIZE. <\/b>
\n7 winners will receive:
\n7,777 in-game items named \u201cChrono Crystals\u201d.<\/p>\n

Approximate Retail Value (US$160).<\/p>\n

Limit one (1) prize per person. The winners will be responsible for any and all federal, state, and\/or local taxes resulting from acceptance of such prize. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. No prize substitution is allowed except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. All prizes will be awarded. <\/p>\n

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. <\/b>
\n7 potential winners will be randomly drawn by Sponsor from all eligible entries on or around the middle of July. Sponsor will contact the potential winners via Direct Message function of X (formerly \u201cTwitter\u201d). If no response is received within forty-eight (48) hours of attempted notification, the prize will be forfeited. Winners may be required to complete, sign, and return a liability release within seven (7) days from notification in order to be eligible to receive the prize. In case of failure of any winner to provide required information within the specified time period, of noncompliance with the foregoing requirements, or if a winner cannot accept a prize as specified by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited. In the event of a prize winner forfeiture or disqualification, Sponsor will randomly select an alternate winner. All correspondence regarding the notification and response form will be provided only in English.<\/p>\n

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION. <\/b>
\nThe Promotion is subject to these Official Rules. By participating and\/or accepting a prize, you agree: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules; (ii) to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Promotion or these Official Rules; (iii) that Sponsor may prohibit a participant from participating in the Promotion if it, in its sole discretion, determines such participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion in any way; (iv) the prizes are provided \u201cAS IS\u201d and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied; (v) to release X (formerly \u201cTwitter\u201d), Sponsor, and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities together with their respective directors, employees, officers, licensors, and agents (collectively, the \u201cReleased Parties\u201d) from any and all claims, liability, loss or damage including but not limited to injury in connection with awarding, receipt and\/or use or misuse of prize or participation in the Promotion; (vi) that Released Parties are not responsible for any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Promotion; and (vii) that the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of laws provisions, will govern all disputes and claims arising out of this Promotion, and shall be brought exclusively in the federal courts located therein.<\/p>\n

8. PRIVACY POLICY. <\/b>

9. PRIZE WINNER LIST\/RULE REQUESTS.<\/b>
\nTo obtain a copy of these official rules or a winners\u2019 list within ninety (90) days of the close of the Promotion Period, send your request (please specify \u201cWinners\u2019 List\u201d or \u201cRules\u201d and Promotion name) with a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor.<\/p>\n

10. NO ENDORSEMENT.<\/b>
\nThe Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X (formerly, \u201cTwitter\u201d).<\/p>\n
