■Strength #1: Powerful Effects Activated by Absorbing Ki Blasts
・Use Special Arts to absorb your opponent's Ki Blast attacks! Upon activation, your unfavorable Element factors will be nullified, and if absorption is successful, the enemy's Vanishing Gauge will be reduced to 0 and you'll inflict them with "No Switching"!
Your own Vanishing Gauge will also be recovered by 100%, so you can really let them have it!
■Strength #2: Strong Offense Via Blast Arts and the Unique Gauge
・Has Blast Arts with +170% Blast damage inflicted against Blast Armor!
・Recovers Ki and buffs Special Move Arts damage inflicted when using Blast Arts!
・When the Unique Gauge is full, it resets to zero and nullifies the enemy's special cover changes!
Plus, your Attribute Downgrades and Abnormal Conditions will be cancelled and you'll draw a Blast Arts Card, so your offense can just keep going!
■Strength #3: Powerful Counterattack Capabilities After Special Cover Change
・After activating a special cover change against a Strike Arts, you'll draw an Ultimate Arts!
You can even deal damage to enemies on standby, so by unleashing your Ultimate Arts on an enemy with an advantageous Element, you can deal huge damage to all of your opponent's characters!

Main Ability
Greatly recover your Health and Ki and draw the Ultimate Arts Card "Flash Bomber"!
What's more, Super #17 will get a buff that reduces enemy damage cut effects based on how many are left. The fewer the enemies, the greater the buff, so you can do some real damage!
Randomly destroys one of your own cards and draws the Ultimate Arts Card "Flash Bomber" next.
Restores own health by 30% and Ki by 50.
Inflicts all enemies with Attribute Downgrade "+20% to Damage Received" for 50 timer counts.
Inflicts all enemies with Attribute Downgrade "-1 Arts Card Draw Speed level" for 20 timer counts.
Also applies the following effects to self according to the number of remaining enemy battle members:
3 battle members: Applies Attribute Upgrade "-30% to enemy's 'Sustained Damage CUT' effects" for 10 timer counts.
2 battle members: Applies Attribute Upgrade "-40% to enemy's 'Sustained Damage CUT' effects" for 10 timer counts.
1 battle member: Applies Attribute Upgrade "-70% to enemy's 'Sustained Damage CUT' effects" for 10 timer counts.

You can turn the tables and deal a ton of damage to an enemy trying to use Blast Armor against you, so give it a try!

Special Move
When activated, this Special Move will recover Ki and seal one of the enemy's cards!
You'll also inflict all enemies with substitution counts on hit, so even when the enemy on the battlefield is on the verge of defeat, your opponent won't be able to switch to another character!

This Special Arts is what makes Super #17 stand out, as it allows you to absorb Ki Blast attacks!
Just by activating it, your unfavorable Element factors will be nullified and the enemy's Rising Rush will be sealed. If the absorption is successful, the enemy's Vanishing Gauge will be reduced to 0 and all enemy characters will be inflicted with "No Switching"!
That means if you pull off an absorption, you can launch a devastating counterattack and overwhelm your opponent!
Absorbs enemy Ki Blast attacks.

Nullifies own unfavorable Element factors for 10 timer counts.
Reduces enemy Ki by 50.
Seals all enemies' Main Abilities for 5 timer counts.
Seals enemy's Rising Rush for 5 timer counts.

Restores own Vanishing Gauge by 100% (activates three times).
+100% to own Unique Gauge charge rate for 5 timer counts.

Reduces enemy Ki by 50.
Reduces enemy Vanishing Gauge to 0%.
Inflicts all enemies with "No Switching" for 3 timer counts (activates twice).
Ultimate
With this Ultimate Arts, you can inflict an amazing half of the damage inflicted onto enemy standby characters on hit!
Meanwhile, the effects of this Arts become even greater the fewer enemy characters there are. So, do you want to use it early and seriously weaken the enemy party, or do you want to wait until their numbers are down to deal a finishing blow? It's up to you!

Applies the following effects to self upon activation:
Restores Ki by 30.
Nullifies enemy's "Restores health when it reaches 0" effects when this character attacks for 3 timer counts.
Also applies the following effects to self according to the number of remaining enemy battle members:
3 battle members: +20% to Ultimate damage inflicted for 3 timer counts.
2 battle members: +40% to Ultimate damage inflicted for 3 timer counts.
1 battle member: +70% to Ultimate damage inflicted for 3 timer counts.
The following effects occur on hit:
Draw a Special Arts Card next (activates once).
Half of the damage inflicted will also be dealt to enemy members on standby (this cannot cause them to be defeated).

Unique Ability 1
When using Blast Arts you'll get an increase to your Special Move damage inflicted, and on hit, you'll randomly seal one of your opponent's cards!
Keep on using Blast Arts as you find the best plan of attack!
Plus, when you land certain Tap Actions, like Quick Attacks or Tap Shots, the enemy's Strike and Special Move Arts will be sealed for two timer counts!
Combine this with your ability to absorb Ki Blast attacks to prevent your opponent from attacking!

+100% to damage inflicted (cannot be cancelled).
Reduces damage received by 70% (cannot be cancelled).
Increases Arts Card Draw Speed by 1 level (cannot be cancelled).
-10 to Blast, Special Move & Ultimate Arts costs (cannot be cancelled).

The sealed Arts cannot be used for 2 timer counts.
Unique Ability 2
Super #17 has a special cover change against Strike Arts, and when it's activated, you'll draw the Ultimate Arts Card "Flash Bomber"!
If you can nail this special cover change, you'll be able to use your Ultimate Arts early in battle!
Once the Unique Gauge is full, it will reset to zero, your opponent's special cover changes will be nullified, and you'll draw a Blast Arts Card!
Make Blast Arts your focus as you keep building up that Unique Gauge and unleash a devastatingly fierce attack!
In addition, when your opponent activates a Special Move Arts, Ultimate Arts, Awakened Arts, or Rising Rush, their Attribute Upgrades will be cancelled. In other words, you can cancel effects that would nullify your Endurance effects!
That makes Super #17 an excellent partner for characters with Endurance effects, such as the Super Ultra Spirit Bomb-wielding LL Goku!
Knocks enemy back to long range if a cover change is performed against their Strike Arts attack (activates during assists).
