Hello! I'm HII, a participant in the FINALS. I'm a huge fan of the PvP in LEGENDS, and have devoted my time to it for as long as I can remember. I think it's because of all that grinding that I've managed to make it all the way to the FINALS, so I'm very happy.
As a warm-up ahead of the FINALS, I've not only been playing my usual high number of PvP matches, but I've also finished with Rank 1 in the "Festival Duel 2025 Season 1" that was held the other day, allowing me to develop new techniques and continue sharpening my skills.
Now, I'm ready to fully showcase the skills I've honed over time and take on the FINALS with everything I've got. I'd really appreciate your support!

In the first counts of the game I study my opponent and then I try to counter his moves and keep them in mind, also knowing that he can change strategies during the game. The most important thing is staying calm and not lose composture because when I do that I always get myself in trouble so calm is a crucial point

I cannot believe it yet, maybe I will realise it when I will be there on the stage playing my favorite game, in front of people that I know, support and love the game as I do. The main reason that I will be partecipating in the FINALS are my friends and the dear persons that are near me everyday like my family and my little brother, without them, their support and all the memories that we shared togheter also related to this game would never made me this far in the tournament. I usually play with them and also teach them how to play and for this FINALS event they are buzzing to see me in the main stage in Tokyo, so I'm really happy to made them proud. One of the most important friendships that I have do exist because of this game, so I'm really thankful to that. Even if I don't win or don't play well due to anxiety, I will remember this as the best experience of my life.

I'll definitely start by saying that the most important thing for me is knowing the character kits, down to the last detail. It may seem trivial, but it's not. I try to understand how a character can perform at their best and get the most out of a match. Team building (bench, equipment, etc.) also comes into play. Once I've "studied" the kits, I try to build a team that has the synergy/playstyle I'm looking for. During the match, however, I try to understand what kind of opponent I'll face and predict their next moves.

I'm really happy to be one of the eight finalists and to be able to represent my region and, of course, Italy! It's an incredible achievement, and I still can't believe it! I'm very excited and can't wait to go to Tokyo for the FINALS. I'll definitely give it my all, but I also want to fully enjoy this unique experience. I've been playing and enjoying Dragon Ball Legends since its release, so making it this far as a finalist is truly something special and exciting.

Focusing on my opponents initial actions at the start of battle and adapting to their playstyle in terms of patience and decision making. (eg. Attacking right away, waiting, or being vulnerable to a technique called the jump jump) Keeping these in mind helps me have a better chance of advantage on neutral during battle by 6 years of experience really helps you better understand every detail of the games fundamentals.

I try to focus on adapting to what the opponent does mid-match, changing between an aggressive and passive playstyle depending on what the characters promote in their individual kits. Finally, I keep track of when to let go of characters with second-life animations; that way, I have a slightly higher chance at coming back in a pinch.
Thoughts heading into the FINALS
As someone who entered the World Championship in order to test their own limits within the context of this game, it being primarily a hobby, I focus on pushing myself to improve in whatever way possible, slowly but surely. That mentality isn't changing, despite how far I've come.
I'm more than willing to make this a learning experience, not only by figuring out other people's playstyles, but by getting to know just how much potential I can fulfill for myself in this great opportunity.
